With a a SHRM CP Background, a Degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Dima has a strong passion dealing with people, leading by example and learning from every possible opportunity. Worked as a Managing Director , a Human Resources Manager in social media agencies, Social Community Recruiter and Career Advisor for EX Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Senior Banker and Marketing Executive, Credit Micro-financing Executive with the UN, and Business Development Deputy for a German NGO.  Throughout working in different departments in diverse industries, Dima has always find a challenge to add to her education, worked to develop her passion to become a powerful skill, inspired, gained the trust and motivated the people around her! For her, success is building and retaining both a Happy Team & Satisfied Clients .
